1969 sidepipes question

While cleaning out my frame with a large magnet, I found these toward the back, just in front of the rear wheels kickup. They are pretty hefty, measuring 1.5" high with a 1.5" base.
I cleaned them up and found no markings.
Question: are these sidepipe retainer bolts GM# 3949189 as pictured in the '69 AIM ?? (UPC N14, A3)

although i'm no shark expert, i did help a fellow ncrs member on the restoration of an original 69 sidepipe car years ago and i can't recall any T-nuts like you've posted on his corvette. mike

FWIW I have seen t-bolts similar to this used to mount trailer hitches to the frame.

Bingo! I knew they looked familiar. I went and looked at an old set of Corvette Hooker headers and there were the bolts.
