The 71 I bought last year had 68 rims on it. I have located a correct date coded set for the car. I am in the process of selling the 68 rims and can not locate any date code on any rim. The inside of the rim has 15 x 7 JJ along with two stamps. A Kelsey Hayes stamp and another stamp sort of resembling an 8 over a V. Each rim is stamped with AG to the right of the valve stem, but no date code to the left. Ideas?

I may have found the answer
Took some brake claen and a scotch bright to the 15 x 7 JJ stamping area and uncovered another stamping that appears to be 67 and 11. Nov 67 code??

I believe you won't find any date code info near the valve stem on wheels prior to Jan. '68.Comment

The 4 "AG" coded wheels on my '68 actually have date stampings on the outside around the valve stem. Two are dated December 20 & two are dated December 21, 1967.
They are stamped as follows: K-1-7 12 # 20 AG & K-1-7 12 # 21 AG
# = valve stem
She was built January 24, 1968.
I have seen several on E-bay from December '67 (earliest being 12-7-67) since I am trying to get a matching dated wheel for the spare.
