I'm trying to track down the owner of an old race sold out of Ill. in the late 80s or early nineties. It was a white convertable sold to someone out east in North Carolina or New Hampshire. Anybody know of a car like this? I'd appreciate your help. Jerry Gollnick

Have you tried looking at the VIR History web site? You might find some info on it there, since a racer in NC probably made that trip to VA. Granted, he probably raced at Charlotte and Rockingham more often, but I'm not sure when they began road races. Roebling Road is another probable race site for him.
