Can someone tell me where I can find an example/get a sample copy of a complete 1969 gas tank build sheet? Or maybe someone can attach/send me a picture of theirs? I droppped my gas tank to do some other repairs and found only bits and pieces of the build sheet. I basically have random letters and numbers and I'm trying to get an idea what they might represent. For example, on what's left of the bottom left corner of the sheet is the letter/number U7650...(that's all that is still visible) and directly under that it reads Reno, Nev...(all that's left). Any help/advise is appreciated!

Re: Example of 69 tank build sheet
Thanks to all for the info/assistance. However, I can't seem to find a tank sheet with writing (typed) in the bottem left corner. That is where the Reno, Nev.. writting is visible. Would this be where the dealer info? I can't seem to find an example yet of a tank sheet that has similar typed text on the bottom left corner. All the ones I have seen are blank - i.e. no writing in this area. I have attached a pix to better explain what I talking about. Again, any help is appreciated
