    Sagging floor C2

Has anyone repaired a sagging floor in a C2 in the area of the rear end? Can it be done with body on? How difficult a job is it? What's needed for the job? Anyone have any pictures? Thanks.

    Garth,

I have repaired holes in the floor in the areas near the rear end. While it is possible to repair with the body on, of course it will make for a better job if the body is off. A correct repair requires laying on of glass matting and resin from above and below. After curing, it can be sanded to the proper contour, and will be practically undetectable. Here are a few shots of repaired areas before sanding and painting:

        GARTH------

Paragon sells for a nominal price a set of instructions for this repair. I think that the repair methodology was worked out by Dick Fortier.
