Has anyone had an opportunity to compare the actual shape of the foam in Al Knock's '66 reproduction headrest to an original? They look like just a thicker version of the '67, with the same curve in the front. From originals I've seen, I thought the '66 was more straight across in front.

Addendum....
.....I compared Al Knoch's '67 headrest foam to some NOS GM foam I had and they are right on..just wondering how accurate his '66 foam is... -

the metal plate that the foam/vinyl covering encloses differs 66 vs 67. believe the difference is in the angle that the plates attach to the metal bar stock that slips down into the seat back. otherwise believe the 66 and 67 are identical. mikeComment

Al Knochs 67 headrest foam mold was made from the original headrests from my 67 #4041. He made the mold in 1976.Comment
