    Birdcage Rust

I know this comes up time to time, but on the Corvette Forum, I ran across a real horror story. Enough so, I went out and checked mine after reading it.

To see where I couldn't, I took the camera and took a few pictures. Happily, I can say mine looks rather sound.

Go read the link if you want to see really nasty stuff.

Option 1: use your 2 year old, and teach him or her how to use a camera.

Option 2: Remove the SpeedO/Tach housing and glove box housing

Option 3: My Fav, on your back snake your way under the steering wheel and stick head up under dash pionted towards the upper outside area with a flashlite in your hand/mouth, or something to that effect. Ha Ha

Will a lttle effort you can see this area without to much trouble to get an idea if you need to dig further.

It is a beautiful car for sale

and someone will pay a lot of money for it, only to find very serious problems.
