    Shiny Rocker Arm Covers

The aluminum rocker arm covers on my 1969 350/350 have been polished. I like them, but the judges do'nt. Does anyone know of a process to dull the finish and return to like original? Thanks

How about trading someone for a pair of unpolished ones. Or you could try medium steel wool to dull finish, how shiny are they? Or send them to one of the people who advertise in the driveline and have them redone.

Try some Al Wheel Cleaner the stronger flavor. Try on none important area first, back perhaps. Or some Aluminum Jelly!

        Hello:

Just got my 70 Z-28 Rocker Arm Covers redone by Jerry MacNeish. (He is in
Hemmings)They came out just like they where when original. Very satisfied
        with his work. FYI
