All,
I'm very excited about my latest Vette purchase (a '62), but I have to admit, this one is a bit of a project car. I welcome any advice you guys might have in taking on the restoration.
Some of the items I've already noticed that will need attention:
.
.
Front suspension needs work.
.
.
Corvertible top window is missing.
.
.
There is some rust in areas.
.
.
Both passenger and driver doors are sticking. In fact I'm having a hard time even getting them open.
.
.
And I don't think the color is original, but it sure looks nice.
.
.
I think the engine is stock, but haven't gotten a chance to really look it over. Anyway, here is a picture of her. I know this car isn't perfect, so please don't don't pick on her too much. I hope to someday get her back to looking like she did when she first rolled off the assembly line.
