    1970 LT-1 Rescued

It's a Laguna Grey coupe in need of some TLC.

Now that is what I car a winter project. Did you get any parts with it.

By the way, all you see in your post is the dreaded red X. I had to copy/paste the URL from the properties to see the photo.

Maybe a pic will show from this URL. The fellow I purchased the car is parting it out. I plan on getting together with him after Christmas and make a deal for the remainder of the car.

Picture works. How can you tell it's a LT-1? Paperwork?

Unfortunately, the only paperwork that came with the car is an incomplete title search. I plan on calling and confirming options, etc. However, the car has holes drilled for the TI box on the left front inner fender. The hood has original paint, no "454" holes, and appears to have had the LT-1 decals on it. The tach has 6,500 redline. The original block is gone, but he claims to have the intake, carb, and heads with the push rod plate and screw in studs. I'll have to confirm numbers and date on the parts before I purchase them. Also, I have not checked the rear end for the proper yokes. From the given proof so far, I believe it's a real LT-1 car. If I decided to sell the car, the lack of paperwork would decrease the value. Regardless, I did not pay much for the carcass. It'll return to former glory in the future.

He delted the extra "http:/" from it.

Note the "Optional Image URL" box when you are writing the message. It already has "http:/" in it, which messes people up. I wish it didn't, but I'm not in charge. I just delete it before posting a picture.
