'69-435 hp coupe with black vinyl interior. Build date July 17 '69. Does this car use basketweave seats?

I STRONGLY doubt it. I've really only seen the Basketweave in very early 69's (like, the 1st 3 months of production, or so). My September, 1969-built car had Comfortweave.

I'm not sure what to do. A fellow from Oz is coming to the USA and wants a set of seat covers. He thinks they should be basketweave. I dunno. I think I call big Al for his take. He surely has some experience there also.

I have heard that the Basketweave type seat covers are seen every-now-and-then on original later 1969's. I've never seen one, though.

The later cars that are found with basketweave are little used colors. Not black, reds, blues, saddles
