AC Delco coil

The current AC Delco coil I believe is a U505, is that coil any good? Are would one be better to pick up another brand for a driver?

They work fine; you won't notice the difference from an original coil.

Want something better? Accel has a higher output coil available which is very similar to the originals in terms of color and configuration. In fact, it's as close as the U505 since that coil no longer has can embossments and insulator cap Delco-Remy script, anyway.
