'69 Gas Tank Replacement & Build Sheet

Since my gas tank was rusty and full of crud inside, I chose to replace it. This photo and the following are of the build sheet in my one-previous-owner '69 427/435 coupe. Not that I needed to have the build sheet since there is soooo much other documentation, but posting the operation so others could enjoy the surgery.

This photo is of the gas filler area while the tank was lowered slightly and with the boot removed. Tank rust was a result of the boot drain being plugged. Also noted is that there was no hose on the drain nipple. The build sheet is clearly visible and covered with 37 1/2 years of dust.

    Happy Holidays!!!
