Does the 390hp with A/C 1966 model have the air dam on top of the radiator support? It is not mentioned in the JM but it is in the '67 one.

Yes, 1966 with L-36 and C-60 did have the air dam. The original dam was GM #3889475. Sometime later in the model year, perhaps right at the end of the model year, it was changed to GM #3901941. The latter piece was also used for 1967.

How do the 2 air dams differ? I have no idea.
