55 hard top

Now that it's winter I installed the Plasticon top on each year, warmer then the bubble top and when it rains on us it don't leak windows fit great and NO I don't push selling them ether. Hope I don't offend any one posting my 55 again.

Roy, what kind of liner do you have in the hard top? Mine came with a black foam glued to the inside...

Well as you know the original ones fit bad around the windows , my brother-law Dan the (Glassman) who's done many 53 to 67 Corvette once repro'ed them from the original I had, and made this top, window areas fit perfect. I had the liner done in German leather as are the seats and every thing in the interior . We also redesigned the hold downs looks and work better . With this top on the leather smells great.

I'm planning on lining mine with matching red vinyl.I'll put down a pad first then the vinyl.

I glued one of the late model passenger car, cloth over foam into the top for my Vette rod. Looks good, was easy to do, and takes the drum effect away.
