Re: 1974 Corvette, Should I or Shouldn't I; help!!
Horseless Carriage is about $1700.00 one way! Why not let a fellow member help you with transportation problems. A lot of us are going cross country all the time with personal enclosed SAFE trailers and we do know Corvettes.
You should even save the boxes that all the parts you're gonna buy come in. This will prove very valuable when seeking professional help after the corvette bug bites and infects you like it has all the rest of us.

Absolutely excellent points. I have my receipts folder, thick as a phone book, dating back to 1977 for my '69. Only over the past few years when I started getting serious about the hobby did I appreciate how valuable these were. As for original parts, I had the original radio and, *you guessed it* it got tossed for a new Sony when I first got the car(gulp)..I finally replaced it, but can't help remembering what a dummy I was. Fortunately, my packrat genes kicked in and I kept everything else! STW, MIke
