Correct C3 Filler Neck Boot

Can anyone tell me where I can get a correct Filler Neck Boot that would pass judging for my 1976 L-82? Secondly, can someone give me some hints on the actual replacement of it?

The GM part was discontinued in November, 1988. A reproduction is available. Just how good it is, I do not know. I don't find it in Dr. Rebuild's catalog, but I think that Paragon and others have it.
