    [C4] Front Spoiler Height Z51/Standard

    Folks,

Does anybody remember if the Z51 front spoiler was a different height than the front spoiler with the standard suspension on early C4s? My specific consideration is for 1985, if that matters ...

    BTW, Happy New Year, all!

At least per the parts book, the same part was used for Z-51 and regular suspension in '85, still available at your local Chevy dealer last summer, 14089634-9635-9636 Center, LH, and RH in that order. There is a number that provides a baffle that comes closer to the ground, but I've not seen it on a production car in the 80's. My '89 uses the one with the above numbers, (std susp car)

The spoiler was the same part, but it may appear lower as I believe the spring resulted in a slightly lower bumper height.
