    Re: And I take vitamins too . . .

I don't know for sure that synthetic works but based on some facts - better flowability at cold start, better "clingability" between starts, etc, I figure there just might be a difference. So I use synthetic in the ZR-1 and the L-78. I mean, how much would it cost me to replace the block in either of these cars? Mega bucks, that's how much!

2000 mg vitamin c/day, a couple of b complexes, how about some beta carotene, vitamin e (mixed tosopherols or d-alpha, your call), maybe some COq10. Don't know if this makes a difference either but how much will it cost to replace my tired, worn out old body? Even mega bucks can't help me there so I go to GNC.

Try southern buttermilk bisquits, sausage patties, jam, eggs, butter, juice and muffins for breakfast.

      smoke two cigars. INHALE!

Two martini's, pasta alfredo, garlic bread, butter and ice cream for lunch.

      Smoke two cigars. INHALE!

Rare red beef, buttered baked potato, garlic bread three martinis, pecan pie for dinner. Follow with snifter of brandy & two inhaled cigars with ice cream snack before bed. Retire soon after eating.

The above is Dr. Varoom's "miracle" diet for health, happiness, and fitness.

Never mind vitamin suppliments OR synthetic motor oil!

      Varooom!

That does sound better than Mr. Horn's recipe!

Re: It's The Grease and Fat and Smoke

Actually, the American Dietary Association has concluded that there are only TWO basic food groups:
                • SALT
                • GREASE

My doctor advised me not to eat like this, drink martinis, or smoke cigars quite a few years ago. But he's been dead for some time now! Fitness nut! Got flattened by a truck while out jogging.

Me & my redneck buddies got a group rate at the hospital. Life's short so why not put the pedal to the fiberglass? (I'm sure the carpet's rotted away)
