    That would be impossible. Just as this thread started, once someone questions correctness, they will research and research and research. Ultimately making no decision. We are going to install drain valves on every year 3155316 from 1963 to 1972 and if some 66ers want to change it to a plug, that's up to them.

      Maybe give the 66 and 67 owners an optional plug with the radiator, if they want to change the valve themselves. Can you get the aluminum plug?

      I think I'd reuse my aluminum plug with a new radiator on my 67, regardless of what the Judging Guide says, because that's the way I found it.
