Could some one please help me in purchasing a good cover? I don't what is a good brand/type/name or company to buy. I have a older corvette with original paint and I don't want to scratch it with a cheap cover. Thanks, Heather

Re: Car cover, What's good?
Heather,
If you want a great cover for indoor storage and protection,I like canvas with flannel lining. The one I use is from The Canvas Shop 810-733-1841. Their Sunforger is heavy weight, machine washable, pre-shrunk and covers to the floor. The retail is about $145. WB- Top

Re: Car cover, What's good?
If the car is outside in a windy, dusty climate, no cover may be better than using a cover. Back in my young dumb and no garage years, I covered my car nightly and sometimes while at work. The grit gets under it, scratches the chrome and windshield and wears the paint off. It was gradual, but I believe it did more damage with it on. However, I assume you are talking about a cover for indoor storage. If so, just think twice about using it outside the garage.- Top
