The 63/64 TIM&JG (4th Edition) in the section on Heater or Air Conditioning System (page 98) states:
"On radio equipped cars, a capacitor with an attachment tab is inserted under one of the screws that attach the motor."
I do not believe this is correct for early 63's equipped with the Wonderbar radio. The capacitor was a feature of the later AM/FM radio.
Reference is the 63 AIM:
Section U65, Pages 6.00 and 7.00 do not show any blower capacitor.
Section U69, Page 7.00 shows the capacitor. The revision date for this page is " 3-28-63"
I would welcome input regarding this and hope that Mike Hanson and others keeping track of suggested revisions and corrections to the 63/64 Judging Guide will note as well.
