    emergency brake alarm

    I am looking for the emergecy brake alarm and switch for a 1964. Is this available or anyone know where i might find one?

    The alarm is a blinking light in the dash, accomplished via the use of a GE #257 "Blinker" bulb at that location. The switch is built into the lower portion of the park brake housing in the drivers compartment. A single brown wire connects to it. See section 12, sheet B6.00 of the assembly manual. It looks a lot like a dome lamp switch in the AIM. pull yours out, they usually don't go bad.
