Have 71 survivor and just took seats out. The driver side does not fold down and the foam inside is disintegrating on both. I do not think I will attempt to recover myself. Anyone know of a good shop in the Albany, NY area?

I had the same situation you describe on my 71. I bought Al Knock covers and installation video. I was very observent taking the old covers off and had good results putting the new covers on. The foam in my covers had become almost like sawdust. This happened on a 44K car thats been stored inside its whole life??? I did replace the seat foam too.
