I am rebuilding my tripower setup for my 68 l71.What is the correct power valve and jets or is there any special setup to give me better performance out of them

the center carb is #4055, #63 jet, #65 power valve. #3659 end carbs, no jets or power valve, the plate #27. check center carb metering body for warpage, and check all throttle body plates for warpage. check end carb for heavy floats should weight about 11 grams.i am now off to my place in the PA mountains for a week of work and atv riding.

Patrick, call Pony Carburetors,inc. I called them a while back to get some lighter springs (hint-hint) for my L-71 fwd/after carbs. They are listed in Hemmings and as the name states work on carburetors and give good advice, call 315-662-3003.grr#33570.
