    1972 Horn button - for T & T column

    I was reading in the Technical information Manual & Judging Guide (fourth edition) the following: On the crossed-flag emblem, the top square of the checkered flag (the square nearest the flag pole) was black on 1970 and 1972 and white on 1971. (see page 16)

    Is this correct?

      Jerome from all the research done, the manual is correct. No one has a reason for that change though.
