The generally build date is the trim tag date code. Look on your driver's side windshield post and you'll see a stainless steel tag. Date code is top and is listed like "C10" where the alpha is the month and the 10 is the day.
Build sheets would not list your car's build date. It's an estimated production date and actual production varied.

'75 was a little different than most C3 years in that the production run started in October. Most other years it was August.
For your tag:
A= October
B= November etc.Comment
