I find it odd

that no one "from up on high" will step up to the plate and make some sort of statement. The fact that this event is allowed to run from rumor to innuendo unchecked causes me some distress. If someone was disciplined, whether the majority agree, disagree, or are ambivalent, then I believe that the unwashed masses at least deserve a comment.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I don't find it ODD at all. I've been around here since 1976 and there have never been anyone that would answer any questions. BUT, that is our fault for electing Board Members that are not responsive to the Membership.

Here's an idea! Next time we vote, make damn sure the present Board is not re-elected.

Now that is a technical response if I ever heard one!!!!!!!!

Joe, I think we all need to regroup and cool off. I mean this is the best damn Corvette Club in the world. Why mess it up because of some logical explanation that I am sure will be forth coming. Probably will show up in "The Driveline" or "Restorer".
Have fun in O'Town. I will be thinking of all my good friends. Wish I could be there. It's brrrrr outside today. Snowy and cold. Last week it was 68. John

This is a real bad deal to lose long time members and contributors. I have lots to learn about my 63 and count on you guys for lots of my information. Us regular guys will miss you. I don't get heavily involved in posting or politics, but I enjoy the real Corvette information that is provided here. That's why I'm a member. I won't be leaving soon, but I will be the next generation that will keep our hobby alive.

I have had my 1963 for 12 years now and the restoration process has been long and sporadic. (mostly due to family, time and financial restrictions).

I joined the NCRS at the end of 2005 and my 1 year membership has now expired.

I will not renew my membership.

The NCRS is a dead organization run by a group of insiders with no interest in growing or correcting the "society".

If the NCRS truly cared about the originality and proper restoration of my 1963 I would like to continue.

But since personal egos and the resistance to embrace modern technology pervade this old mans club I now leave you all.
