63 JG manual and NCRS bylaws? Roy please answer?

I mostly read the forumn for information and ask a few questions. If anyone ever pointed fingers about anything or anyone we are adults and should be able to improve ourselves or ignore the coments. To be deleted from this NCRS discussion board someone must be acting wiyhin NCRS bylaws. My question is what rule within our fine orginazation was broken??? Or did someone ABUSE powers given to them and DELETE a member without cause? I also have been a ncrs paying member since 1974 and hope I can continue without deletion. Also remember our leaders are representing us, so with the next election vote for who you think will represent our interests the best.

I am not asking what coments a person made to cause deletion. I want to know what RULE was broken. I hope one person did not act without the backing of the board.

In doing more research and recieving a direct answer from Roy. I apologize to Roy, I hope it is accepted. Whomever is the administrator of this board is the person I would like an answer from. If I understand that person allows us to use the discussion board and his/her will is what would make the deletion we are questioning. Unless there is a governing body ?
