TAHOE WEATHER FORECAST!!!!!!!!!

Well, it rained over the weekend and a little more rain is expected early this week, but by Thursday it looks like sunny to partly cloudy skies thoughout Central California and no rain through the weekend, so you guys can all leave the trailers at home and drive 'em up the mountain. Here are some high temperature predictions for some surrounding cities that may be on your route.

Red Bluff - 87 Reno - 77 Sacramento - 85

The predicted high/low for South Lake Tahoe is 66/39 on Thursday with a warming trend through the weekend that should increase the temps by about five degrees. It's still a little cool in the late spring at over 6000 feet. Wishing everyone a safe and fun trip and a high score.

Duke, Looking forward to meeting you. Have an early flight this morning to Portland & Dennis Clark & I are driving 2 cars down on a 2 day mini road tour from Lyle, WA to Tahoe, via Northern California. Be in Thursday early afternoon.

Vinnie - Looks like you'll have a dry trip all the way. You're in for a terrific drive through the Cascades and Siskiyous. You'll pass so close to Mt. Shasta you can almost reach out and touch it. If you leave early Wednesday and RON in Redding or Red Bluff you'll avoid the Central Vally heat on Thursday. I you Looking forward to meeting you, too. Have a great drive!
