Who's the best source or best deal on 57/58 F.I. fuel filter elements? It doesn't need to be an AC GF 130 just one that will fit and work. Thanks Rich

Re: 57 F.I. filter element
Hi Rich, The main supplier was Don Trivett of Volunteer Vettes in Knoxville. Don passed away about a year ago and is sadly missed. I understand his family is still keeping the business running. Don't have their number but I am sure you can get it easy here on the DB. They had the best element and were the number one source. I used to sell them but don't anymore. Never had a complaint. Not cheap though. But either is a NOS GF 130 as they are going for major bucks on ebay.
There are a couple of more repros on the market though but not as good as Don's old one. He used to come up and chat with me at every Knoxville show. Nice guy. John
Make sure you use the correct o'ring. Lubricate it before installing the cannister. These things are prone to leaking.- Top
