You don't need 'special' lamps, you just need correct originals. Check your copy of the owners manual and the lamp number will be called out.
If memory serves the factory originals were No. 1034 lamps and these were 'replaced' later in time with a more efficient, drop-in, replacment (No. 1157). While similar in candlepower rating and physical geometry, the 1034 lamp has a less efficient filament and therefore draws slightly more current.
