    1965 Radio???

What's a good sounding radio for a mid year? Was thinking of the Hidden System but haven't heard any good remarks about the radios from that company. Maybe just have the factory radio updated????

I used one of the Custom Autosound hidden radios in my 62 Impala and it is terrible. The remote doesn't work well and the reception quality is very poor. Great concept but poor product.

No installation problem if you buy an Bose Acousitic Wave radio with CD player which will play in your 65 plugged into the cigar lighter, sit it behind the seats and crank up the sound using the hand held remote. After the drive, take it out of the car, and plug it into the wall and listen to the great sound from this radio in the garage while cleaning up your 65. Take it to NCRS event judging and just remove it from the car and get all the points available for your 65's original system. There is a difference in the Bose Radio and the Bose Acousitic Wave Radio.
