holes in grill oval-- 55 vette

I have two holes in my grill oval. It looks like some one at some time installed a pair of fog lights or something and drilled the holes in the grill oval during the installation. I am going to send my grill oval out for rechromeing down the line. Is it possible for the replater to fix these holes before he rechromes the piece. I do not know what is possible. The holes are about 1/2 inch around and right now they just have a couple of round headed bolts in them to keep them hidden or covered.

Don, many chromers do repairs as well, just make sure the one you select is capable of that repair.My oval is cracked and the chromer is going to fix it first them rechrome. See if they have samples of repaired items so you are comfortable with thier work first. Many chromers display before and afters items so you can see thier work.
