Can anyone tell me specifically where to find the VATS module and the associated starter enable relay on an '87 C4 before I rip out the whole dash!!!Thanks in anticipation,Dave.
The starter enable relay is behind the center gauge panel. Just remove the security center display. The Vats module is behind the passenger dash pad. You will need to remove the top dash pad to get to it.
