    1970 Radiator Removal Attn: Jim

Jim, just to let you know I used your method for removing the radiator and it worked great. Hope this helps other '70 Corvettes with AC. Thanks, Michael

Michael thanks for the feedback on the procedure working great for you. One other way to help your 70 run cooler in stop and go city traffic if it is still equipped with the TCS solenoid and vacuum lines connected as they were connected when it left the factory to the TCS solenoid is to bypass the TCS solenoid with another length of vacuum hose from the carb direct to the vacuum advance. For NCRS judging it is very easy to reconnect it back the way it left the factory. Have been running my 70 with full time vacuum to the vacuum advance unit since the car was bought new, my first modification. Also saw a increase in city only gas mileage.
