IF YOU REPLY TO THESE KIND OF AUCTIONS (I DON'T RECOMMEND IT) YOU WILL USUALLY LEARN THAT THE CAR BELONGED TO THE PERSONS FATHER OR GRANDFATHER WHO RECENTLY DIED, SO THE GUY IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD HOME FOR THE CAR. BY THE WAY THE CAR IS USUALLY IN BOZNIA, AFRICA OR SOMPLACE ELSE NO ONE EVER HEARD OF, BUT THE SHIPPING IS FREE.
