The original hinge color is clear cad or zinc, then covered with blackout,and possibly have body color on the outside edges.

Don't tell me you solvent cleaned the blackout paint back a little so myopic judges could see the yellow.

Can you please tell me the best way to performor or have clear cad or zinc plating done? If this is not a "do-it-yourself job" can anyone recommend someone in Northern Virginia?
