    Headlight Motors 1963-1967

I'm in the process of cleaning and rebuilding my headlight motors. At one time I had a nice diagram of all the internal parts of the 1963-67 headlights motors.
Can someone please email me or send a link to a nice photo of all the gears, washers, and bushings that make up the working of these motors.
    Thanks Ken

I have no idea why it didn't hi-lite the whole URL??? Must be the website S/W.

Anyway, do a cut and paste of the entire URL to your browser.

                Try this link...
One question, From the photo that shows the black curved washer, is the washer curved up or down. (Is it like a dish or an upside down dish in that photo?) I think it fits better in the clam shell if the washer is facing up in the photo. Would this be correct? The other way makes the clam shell tight on the three washers and gears this binds when the four screws are snugged.

Ken, when you put the washer on the center is curved up. This makes for easy-on and difficult off. Causes the washer to break sometimes when removing, so ensure your all set before you install the washer. I usually don't install it until I have made all of my final adjustments with the motor installed.

Are we talking about the same washer? I'm talking about the big black harden steel washer seen in photo 21.
