C2 blower speed at lowest setting - normal?

Whenever I run the blower (non a/c car) at the lowest blower setting in my 67 C2 SB convertible, I notice that the blower turns so slowly that it is almost not noticeable. Med and High work as expected. I have a new blower motor, so that is not the problem. I would like to know if a really slow low speed is normal? Should I try a new blower resistor?

Hi Tim I think your blower is working normaly. As I remember low was very slow,Phil 8063

Tim...I have 3 C2's and they seem the same as yours....Regards Frank
