I don't know if a source for cad plating in that area. However, you may want to consider zinc plating instead. Although GM specs called for either zinc or cad, most if not all parts were actually zinc plated. It will be much easier to find someone to do zinc plating as opposed to cad. You can even do it yourself if so inclined. There's lots of info in the arhives as well.
Not in your area but Steve Gregori in Calif does all kinds of plating. His website is www.detailplating.com He has done plating on a 69 Z/28 Camaro and 2 Corvettes for me and his work is really nice. He's also an NCRS member and advertises in Driveline.
