The only thing I would add to Duke's instuctions would be to purge the remaining air on the vehicle when lines have been reattached but before bleed down to the wheels. Proceed as follows.
Loosen one line at a time 1/8 turn at the m/c and watch for bubbles between the line and fitting. Tighten when bubbles stop.
By hand, slowly and carefully,depress the brake pedal 1/2 inch then release slowly. Do this very carefully as fluid will squirt up if pedal is moved to abruptly. As you depress and release you will notice bubbles rising in the m/c both front and rear. When all bubbles stop appearing, refill the m/c and gravity bleed at each wheel as Duke recommends. If the rest of your system is in proper order you will be done! Good luck and have fun
