Are you sure about those numbers? They don't come up in any of my chevy books. Any numbers on the air meter or the fuel meter?

Vlado, The top unit is called the plenum. With what little info you gave I can only supply a general answer. The 7017176 is cast on the bottom side of 60, 61 & 62 FI plenum's. But there are two variations of that plenum used. 60-1 is the first and 62 is all by itself. The 374950 number though doesn't mean anything to me. If you could provide us with some photos that would help for sure. Your refer to the bottom intake. Terminology is so confusing in these old FI's. That part is called a base plate or base adapter. But call it an intake for now. Sounds like someone ground the #'s off for sure as all of the original intakes had some sort of casting number. A 60-62 intake should have a casting number ending with '233. Typically there is also a date code on the bottom side where the oil hits it. Just providing the casting number of the air meter won't help either as 60-62 used the same casting number. I suggest you purchase a Corvette Servicing Guide known as the ST-12 manual. I believe that NCRS has this available. That manual has a wonderful fuel injection section. John D.
