C2 FI Intake Gaskets which one?

About to replace the FI intake gaskets, but have two. One is the 3772384 which the 71 parts book lists for my 64, gray in color with a G and V over it other as a logo marking.

However that may be a replacement part number? My parts book is 1971.

I also have a black colored gasket also marked GM in same location, but has a fel pro mark on it and the # 9617.

The front rubber sections are both marked with GM on the long tab.

So which to use - to be closest to orignal or judging.

What you have is likely 2 GM gasket sets of the same part number, but manufactured by different companies. The first one is Victor Gasket and the second, obviously, Fel-Pro. The part number you provided is an original part number and not a replacement part number. However, over time, different suppliers made the gasket for GM. Of the 2 that you have, I expect that the Victor Gasket is the oldest and, likely, the "more correct" one. I don't think that Fel-Pro was making gaskets for GM during the time your car was produced. Actually, I would more expect that Detroit Gasket would have made the gaskets during the C2 period, but Victor was another major supplier to GM at that time. As far as I know, no GM manufacturing entity ever manufactured gaskets.
