C-3 guage bezel paint

Trying to refinish the spedo and tach bezels (not the faces) on the 70 and don't see a reference to the sheen of the black paint. The faces are flat black, but the bezels seem to be satin. Also, is this the same sheen for the console black?

SEM Trim Black #3914, original shade (i.e. not the glossy).
