The stamp pad looks a little fishy to me but the picture is not the best resolution. If it is legit, it would be great if the engine could be reunited with the car.
So many NCRS members get all bent out of shape over a restamped block, but hey, as long as you restamp the WRONG VIN but the date codes, etc are correct, you can sleep better at night!!!!
