69 with L88

Was there any 69 corvettes made with the L88 and air conditioning. I have found an old 69 in the weeds with aluminum head 427 and the tag on the console said 427 430 Hp.

I think that I can safely say that ABSOLUTELY NONE were made with A/C. You couldn't even order a radio with one, so I really don't think that that Chevrolet would have relented on A/C. Assuming that the car is as you describe, be aware that the addition of aluminum cylinder heads and console engine data plates is really quite simple. But, if you want to know for sure, check out the engine suffix code found on the block in front of the right side cylinder head. Report back and we'll tell you what it is.

3 built with 'Ram Air Conditioning', Var m..

...owns 2 and the third was unaccounted for (until now). The A/C was not ducted into the cabin but used to force cold air down the carburetor throat via 4" corrugated ADS. Rare car. Is the water injection intact?
