C1 Conv. Original Top Front Weatherstrip

Hi all,

I have a photo of the front bow of a convertible top on a 1960 Bowtie car. The weatherstrip sticks out at least a half inch ahead of the front edge of the conv. top. There is no way to make the weatherstrip I have do this.

So, is the repro weatherstrip wrong or were both the repro and original styles used?

I don't quite know what you mean ,but the early WS like a 59 no one repro's the second design for 60 will stick out some but again different repro suppliers may be different
