I am restoring my 67 convertible and presently working on the conv top frame. I would like to replace all of the frame linkage pivot bearings that are rivets. I have not found a source for these rivets. I contacted all the usual suspects and was given the name of "Fully Top Co." as a potential supplier. Can someone tell me where I can get these rivets and forming tools. And please comment if this is a good idea or bad and why. Also any other lessons learned with restoring the frame. Thanks Gary

Re: C3 Convertible Top frame Resto
Gary------
I think that they're probably referring to "Sully's Tops". That's Jerry Sullivan and he's located in Clovis, CA. Phone number is (559) 299-9542. Jerry has been restoring convertible tops and convertible top frame assemblies for many years. That's all he does. I'd give him a call. He'll be able to give you very good advice and should have just about any parts you need.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
