Re: C2 jpstevens tag
Jim, I had a similar delimma with my '67 which has white/blue interior. ACC had, at the time the only correct shade of blue carpet as the original (I removed the original carpet from my car during restoration). Posters seem to recommend steering clear of ACC due to fit and other problems. Al Knock is probably the only reproduction interior soft goods supplier worth his salt today. Others may have differing opinions I'd like to hear also. If AK would simply reproduce the medium blue carpet instead of relying on the bright blue, it would make a lot of NCRS people happier.

I have a 67 with a bright blue interior. I ordered carpet from Al Knoch. The color of the replacement carpet is much lighter than the original. I spoke to them and returned it to them for their inspection. I was told that was the best they can do.- Top

I too have a 67 with bright blue/white interior. And when I got my carpet from Ak the carpet was in my view to light. I did not send it back b/c of previoius stories from guys that said the bight blue carpet just comes in different shades. I did send my dash pads back twice and finally decided just to re-dye my originals---best decision that I made.- Top
